JOB DESCRIPTION:

nIn depth knowledge of IVR testing and engineering, and extensive experience in testing n
nprocess involving Contact Centre products like Amazon Connect n
n· Highly proficient in Cyara IVR automation tool n
n· Extensive hands on experience in testing IVR's, inbound and outbound calls using manual / n
nCyara n
n· Hands on experience in Cyara cruncher tool to perform IVR performance testing n
n· Excellent communication and collaboration skills, and be a robust team player. n
n· Experience diagnosing testing issues, and going through the IVR logs to identify the root n
ncause of the issues n
n· Gather and analyse functional, non-functional test requirements and perform assessment n
nto confirm testing n
n· Designing functional test approach, test plans and assess different test types required for n
napplication based on requirement n
n· Develop test scripts, perform test runs and analyse test results n
n
nNice to Have: n




n· Sound experience in Continuous
Integration/Continuous
Deployment processes and tools n
nsuch as GCP Cloudbuild, Codefresh, Github actions etc n
n· Strong software engineering fundamentals, and proven experience in a number of n
nprogramming languages. n
n· Hands on experience in API Testing using postman, supertest API frameworks n
n· Have a growth mindset, a focus on continuous improvement, and be passionate about n
nlearning new tools, technologies and practices. n
