State of the art Facility is seeking a dedicated RN Supervisor or Clinical Nurse to join their team.

About the role
n
Working closely with our Residential Services Manager and experienced Nursing team to ensure the highest standards of care, our Clinical Nurses:
n
n
n
Undertake comprehensive clinical care assessments and deliver appropriate person centred care;
n
Be responsible for implementing clinical standards and oversee medication management;
n
Have demonstrated knowledge of Accreditation Standards and ACFI/ANAC requirements and prepare and complete required Audits;
n
Promote a positive and collaborative culture; and have
n
Experience with Dementia care and Palliative care.

Requirements n
Passionate and enthusiastic you'll share the same commitment to providing excellent care to residents and have;
n
n
Demonstrated success in a senior RN/RN supervisor role, preferably in Aged Care.
n
Hold current AHPRA Registration;
n
Strong clinical documentation, communication and time management skills;
n




The ability to build positive working relationships and be a key member of a supportive team;
n
Demonstrated ability to mentor new and developing staff, previous experience in educating existing and new staff.
n
Knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards, Dementia Care.
n
n
n
Required - All Aged Care Workers are required to have Current NDIS Worker Clearance or Police Check, Flu Vaccination and mandatory COVID-19 Vaccinations. Evidence of these will be asked for during the application process.
