What does the job look like?
n
Linfox Intermodal business unit, has a full-time permanent opportunity for an experienced B-Double Truck Driver to deliver products to stores and distribution centres within the Brisbane metro area. This is a Monday - Friday day shift opportunity commencing at 5:00am with the potential for overtime

Key areas:
n
n
Driving to the commitment of Linfox Safety Standards at all times
n
Ensuring that Vision Zero is a daily focus
n
Complying with the Linfox coupling & uncoupling procedures
n
Daily prestart checks and ensure loads are restrained appropriately
n
Strong understanding of Chain of Responsibility principles and extensive knowledge of road transport legislation
n

Prior transport experience driving B-double vehicles
n
Knowledge of local and regional locations within Brisbane and surrounding areas
n
Familiarity with fundamental manual handling & pre-start protocols
n
Strong work ethic, customer service and communication skills
n
