The Role:
n
Reporting to the
Service - Customer Interactions Senior Team Leader
, in this role you will be responsible for inbound customer enquiries and proactively contacting existing customers to secure service bookings. You will be working in a team supporting the aftersales teams in Sime Motors by providing optimal customer service in a proactive and informative manner in support of business objectives.

Capability to action high volume of calls

Sound knowledge of Microsoft office
