What you'll be doing n
n
Keeping gardens, outdoor areas and pathways neat, protected and welcoming
n
Tackling general handyman and maintenance jobs around the site
n
Helping keep buildings, equipment and communal areas in great condition
n
Identifying maintenance issues and letting the right people know before small problems become big ones
n
Helping with maintenance and gardening supplies and keeping things organised
n
Keeping maintenance records and schedules up to date
n
Supporting essential safety and compliance requirements
n
Coordinating with contractors when required
n




Keeping site vehicles clean, organised and ready to go
n
Providing occasional on-call support when needed
n
Stepping in to cover planned leave and short-notice absences
n
What we're looking for n
Most importantly, you're practical, dependable and take pride in your work.
You'll ideally bring: n
n
Experience with gardening and general
handyman/maintenance
work
n
A practical, can‐do attitude and the ability to work independently
n
Good attention to detail and pride in keeping spaces clean, safe and well presented
n
Flexibility to pick up casual shifts, including at short notice when required
n
A current Driver's License
n
Experience in maintenance, facilities, property upkeep or a similar role
n
A relevant trade qualification is highly regarded
n
Experience working in aged care or a similar environment is desirable
n
A current National Police Certificate, or willingness to obtain one
n
A willingness to meet Aged Care Worker Screening requirements
n
