nDo you have?n
nMinimum 2 years' experience in a professional kitchenn
nRelevant Chef qualifications or equivalent trade experiencen
nHACCP and sound Food Safety knowledgen
nExperience working in high-volume catering environmentsn




nAbility to work across a range of food service offerings, including daily operations, events and functionsn
nExceptional grooming and pride in presentationn
nAbility to produce quality food using fresh ingredients and demonstrate creativityn
nStrong organisational and time management skillsn
nPassion, dedication, reliability and a willingness to learnn
nFlexible and positive attitude with excellent communication and customer service skillsn
