An exciting opportunity exists for a loan Acceptance Officer to join us on a full time basis and compliantly deliver exceptional service in our funding of loans.
n
A day in the life
n
As an Acceptance Officer you will efficiently process, assess and decision loan applications within your Delegated Lending Authority, whilst communicating with internal and external stakeholders in doing so.
n
Everything you do will be compliant with our Licencing obligations NCCPA, RACV Finance Policy and all Governing Legislation including, AML/CTF and APPP

What you'll bring
n
n
Mandatory minimum3 years' Consumer and Commercial Assessment and Acceptance experience, including a thorough knowledge of diligence and assessment
n
Proven ability to Autonomously operate with your own Lending Authority
n
A balanced and natural decision-making ability
n
Adept at conflict resolution, able to think laterally with negotiation skills
n
Very robust attention detail
n
Self-motivated and punctual
n
Ability to prioritise and manage time efficiently
n
Always curious and challenging to find better ways
n
