nAbout the Role n
n
Reporting to the National Sales Manager and Branch Manager, you will be responsible for managing an established customer base throughout Victoria while identifying and developing new business opportunities.
n
n
Your focus will be on delivering outstanding customer service, providing technical product advice, and ensuring customers receive the highest level of support from initial enquiry through to after-sales service.
n
n
Regional travel, including occasional overnight stays, will be required.
n
nKey Responsibilities n
n
n
n
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
n
n
Identify and secure recent business opportunities throughout Victoria.
n
n
Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth.
n
n
Provide technical advice and product recommendations.
n
n
Manage customer enquiries from quotation through to order completion and after-sales support.
n
n
Keep customers informed of new products, pricing updates and company services.
n
n




Maintain accurate customer information within the CRM system.
n
n
Work closely with internal sales and warehouse teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
n
n
Maintain a strong understanding of AUSTLIFT's product range, pricing structure and relevant Australian Standards.
n
n
n
nAbout You n
n
The successful applicant will ideally have:
n
n
n
n
Previous experience in industrial, lifting, rigging, height safety or material handling products.
n
n
A proven background in business development and account management.
n
n
A minimum of 3 years' experience in sales or customer relationship management (preferred).
n
n
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
n
n
Strong customer service focus.
n
n
High level of computer literacy, including CRM and Warehouse Management Systems.
n
n
Knowledge of relevant Australian Standards (highly regarded).
n
n
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
n
n
The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team.
n
n
A professional, accountable and respectful attitude.
n
n
A current unrestricted Australian Driver Licence.
n
n
