Glascott are seeking a Team Leader for our high-performing and friendly team covering the Western Sydney area based out of Gladesville. You should be a independent self-starter who can work both independently and in charge of a team to deliver garden renovations across various levels of expectation from Industrial strata sites to council parklands and precincts through high end residential.

Responsibilities include:
n

Leadership of a small team of Ground Persons
n
Client liaison and relationship building
n
Management of projects to ensure that agreed outcomes are achieved within time and budget
n
Hands on maintenance inclusive of operating ride on mowers
n
n
Supporting various landscape management duties as required, including:
n
n
Mowing
n
Mulching
n
Pruning
n
Pest and disease identification
n
Hedging and weeding
n
Machinery operation, care, and maintenance
n
n
About you:
n
n
Experience in a Tam Leader role
n
Horticulture qualification (Highly regarded)
n
Topiary Experience
n
Manual drivers licence
n
Valid white card
n
Chemcert
n
Excellent communication skills
n
Customer service focus is essential
n
Prior experience leading a highly engaged team
n
