Rin Kim Law is a well-established boutique personal injury law firm based in Brisbane CBD, with a solid practice across CTP, WorkCover and public liability matters.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Associate or Senior Associate to join our team.

The Role

You will manage your own personal injury caseload with the support of an experienced and collaborative team.

Key responsibilities include:
Managing CTP, WorkCover and public liability matters from intake to settlement
Providing practical legal advice to clients
Preparing for and attending compulsory conferences and settlement negotiations
Liaising with insurers, counsel, medical specialists and other stakeholders
Progressing matters efficiently and maintaining high standards of file management

About You

You will ideally have:
4+ years PAE in personal injury law




Experience in CTP, WorkCover and/or public liability claims
Ability to independently manage a caseload
Robust drafting, negotiation and organisational skills

Applications are welcomed at both Associate and Senior Associate level, with remuneration commensurate with experience.
