Role Description:The Senior Engineer is responsible for deliveringend to end software engineering outcomes, includingcloud infrastructure, application development, CI/CD, and operational support, within aDevOps and product centric delivery model.
The role shifts away from task based development toward full ownership of solutions in a modern cloud workplace.
Location: Brisbane, Australia
Salary: AUD108,*******,893 AUDAnnual Gross

Roles and Responsibilities:
End to End Engineering
Design, build, deploy, and supportcloud native applicationsacross AWS and Azure.
Develop and manageInfrastructure as Code (IaC)usingTerraform.
Build and maintain application services usingmicroservices and API first architecture.
Participate inDevOps culture: engineers who build the solution also support it in production.
Software Development
Develop backend services usingmodern .
NET.
Build frontend components usingReactJS.
Implement cloud native services usingAWS Lambdaand/orAzure Functions.
Apply agreeddesign patterns, security standards, and architectural principles.
Write, review,



and maintain clean, secure, and scalable code.
CI/CD & Release
Use and operateGitLab CI/CD pipelines.
Applyadvanced Git workflows.
Support automated build, test, and deployment processes.
Ensure solutions are deployable acrossmulti cloud environments.
Testing & Quality
Implementunit, integration, and end to end testing.
Use testing frameworks such asxUnit, NUnit, Jest, Cypress.
Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines.
Operations & Support
Monitor applications and infrastructure logs.
Support incident resolution and minor security vulnerabilities.
Follow cost, performance, and operational guidelines.
Understand service management tooling (e.g.ServiceNow).
Essential:
Strong experience incloud platforms (AWS and/or Azure).
Proven capability inTerraform and Infrastructure as Code.
Solid backend engineering skills in.NET.
Strong frontend skills inReactJS.
Hands on experience withCI/CD pipelinesand Git workflows.
Understanding ofAPI first development, microservices, and security basics.
Ability to work independently with minimal reliance on client FTEs.
ADDITIONAL
Must be able to deliverend to end solutions without dependency on client engineers.
Must demonstrate practical cloud engineering capability, not just conceptual knowledge.
Acts as atechnical contributor, not a people manager.
