Billbergia’s in-house legal team works closely with other departments to support the entire development cycle from acquisition, planning, design, construction, finance, sales, marketing and asset management.

About the role/n

Reporting to Head of Legal

/n
Based at Rhodes NSW - 5 minutes walk from Rhodes station and free in office parking

/n
Work in a friendly team with great company culture

Your responsibilities will include advising on or assisting with: /n

/n
project delivery and joint venture agreements, put and call options and sale contracts

/n
titling advice for acquisitions and development

/n
retail,commercial andresidentialleasing

/n




off the plan sales and marketing

/n
agency agreements

/n
consultantagreements and construction contracts

/n
heads of agreements / term sheets

/n
confidentiality or non-disclosure agreements

/n
working with external law firms

/n

/n
You may also assist with finance, planning, dispute and other matters from time to time depending on your experience and interest.

/n

About you/n

/n
4 to 7 years post-admission legal experience

/n
Law degree and current practising certificate.

/n
Ability to work in a fast paced environment with changing priorities

/n
Excellent attention to detail

/n
Adaptable, proactive and cooperative

/n
