Are you looking to build your career in a dynamic creative agency working with leading global FMCG and consumer brands?

We’re partnering with a successful independent integrated agency seeking an enthusiastic Account Executive or Junior Account Manager to join its cooperative and growing team.

/n

You’ll help deliver a diverse mix of promotional marketing, shopper campaigns, brand activations and digital from the initial client brief through to final delivery.

/n

Working alongside an experienced and supportive senior team, you’ll gain broad exposure, develop your client-management skills and have the opportunity to take on greater responsibility as you grow.

What you’ll be doing/n

/n
Supporting the delivery of campaigns from brief through to completion

/n
Coordinating timelines, budgets, estimates and project requirements

/n
Liaising with clients, creative teams, suppliers and other agency partners

/n
Preparing briefs, presentations, status reports and campaign updates

/n
Helping ensure projects are delivered smoothly, accurately and on time

/n




Building strong relationships with clients and internal teams

/n

What we’re looking for/n

/n
Ideally 12–18 months’ experience within a creative, integrated, shopper, experiential or promotional marketing agency

/n
Alternatively, relevant marketing experience with a genuine interest in building an agency career

/n
A robust interest in promotional marketing and working with global FMCG and consumer brands

/n
Excellent organisation, attention to detail and communication skills

/n
Confidence managing multiple priorities, deadlines and stakeholders

/n
A proactive, positive attitude and genuine desire to learn and develop

/n
Full Australian working rights without visa restrictions; unfortunately, sponsorship is not available

/n
