On‐Site Coordinator
Pay: $*****/hr (Weekly Pay + OT) | Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision

Accurate Personnel is seeking a resilient, high‐energy On‐Site Coordinator who excels when the stakes are high.
This isn't a standard 9‐to‐5 role; we need a warrior who can navigate the complexities of a fast‐paced warehouse setting, pivot instantly when priorities shift, and resolve workplace conflicts with professional poise.
Key Responsibilities & Adaptability
Expert Conflict Resolution: Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving associate grievances, behavioral issues, and site‐level disputes.
De‐escalate situations in real‐time while maintaining company standards.
Unmatched Availability: The role requires a "whatever it takes" mindset.
Must be available for extended hours and overtime, often with little to no notice, to support client production needs.
Agile Workforce Management: Manage field employees (attendance, coaching, terminations) in an environment where priorities can change by the hour.
Proactive Site Leadership: Walk the floor at least three times daily to identify potential safety or personnel issues before they escalated.
Monitor time‐clock usage for attendance and payroll.
Strategic Communication:



Act as the vital bridge between the client and Accurate leadership, providing transparent reporting even during high‐stress shifts.
Requirements & Qualifications
Flex Factor: Proven ability to remain calm and effective under pressure, especially when faced with last‐minute schedule changes or operational pivots.
Warehouse Veteran: At least one year of experience in the warehouse or industrial staffing industry.
Knowledge of GMPs is a plus.
Bilingual Skills: Fluency in English & Spanish is highly preferred to communicate across a diverse workforce.
Reporting & Compliance: Ability to create and edit spreadsheets, and use Novatime or Timerack to support payroll.

Decision Maker: Strong ability to work independently and make firm, fair decisions on the fly.
