Solid understanding of cards and payments industry.

Familiar with AS**** and ISO**** standards
n
5+ years of programming experience on BASE24 CLASSIC (or equivalent products running on HPE Nonstop) to independently develop customisations and enhancements.
n
Deep understanding of ATM and POS transaction processing.
n
Excellent proficiency in analysing requirements and translating into technical design.
n
Communication skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders.

Effectively communicate with stakeholders in understanding business requirements and be able to translate those into technical design documents.

Involve in a change project from requirements gathering, design, build and implementation.

Work in collaboration with the other technical teams from that interface with the switching platform during development and testing.

Assess and understand local and international scheme requirements to derive at implementation solutions for the bank.
n
Understand existing codes and configuration to help in analysis to establish current state and assist in troubleshooting issues.
n
Independently develop changes based on defined requirements.
n
Assist the enterprise test team in establishing testing scope and execution of test cases.
