Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow an assigned customer portfolio through structured outbound sales activity

Identify opportunities to increase revenue and product penetration across accounts

Build rapport and trust with clients through consistent follow-up and proactive engagement

Handle inbound enquiries and provide timely, accurate information and support

Collaborate with marketing to prepare proposals, quotes, and promotional materials

Maintain accurate customer data and call records in the CRM

Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform sales strategies

What You'll Bring

Proven experience in telesales or customer-facing sales roles

Robust communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
