About the Role n
As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality, person-centred nursing care that promotes positive outcomes for residents, while adhering to Arcare's values, policies, and qualified clinical standards.

Clinical Care:
Deliver high-quality nursing care, including health assessments, monitoring vital signs, and medication management
n
n
n
Wound Management:
Assess, treat, and manage wounds while preventing infection
n
Care Planning:
Develop and implement individualised care plans tailored to residents' needs
n
Assessment & Documentation:




Maintain accurate clinical records and document changes using eCase
n
Pain Management:
Identify and address pain concerns using appropriate strategies
n
Emergency Response:
Respond effectively to medical emergencies
n
End-of-Life Care:
Provide compassionate palliative and end-of-life support
n
What we're looking for n

Current
AHPRA Registration
(
essential
)
n
Sound knowledge of Aged Care Accreditation Standards
n
Adaptable, passionate, and eager to learn
n
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
n
Friendly, professional, and effective communication abilities
