As the Assistant Store Manager, you'll be working closely with the Store Manager, playing a hands on leadership role - supporting daily operations, driving sales results, and developing a customer focused team that takes pride in getting it right.

What you'll be responsible for
n
As the Assistant Store Manager, you will support and contribute to:
n
n
Creating a safe, positive and well run store environment
n
Driving sales by promoting products, upselling, and meeting sales targets
n
Assisting customers with automotive parts and accessories advice
n
Coaching, motivating and developing team members on the shop floor
n
Assisting with inventory, stock control and deliveries
n
Supporting the Store Manager in day to day operational leadership
n
Taking responsibility for the store in the absence of the Store Manager
n
Qualifications n
Who we're looking for
n
You'll bring a strong retail mindset and a genuine desire to lead and grow people. Ideally, you'll have:
n
n




Experience in a retail leadership or assistant management role
n
Excellent customer service skills with a proven ability to drive sales and achieve KPIs
n
Ability to coach and motivate a team
n
Exposure to inventory, stock management and store operations
n
Experience in retail or automotive industry
(advantageous but not essential)
n
A positive, hands on attitude and a willingness to keep learning
n
