Registered Nurse
to join our team at the
Campbelltown Residential Facility
on a
casual
basis.

About Your Role As a Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering safe, high-quality clinical care while supporting older people's dignity, comfort, and wellbeing.n
nIn This Role, You Will n
n
Deliver person-centred, evidence-based nursing care
n
Monitor residents' health and respond to clinical needs during night and morning shifts
n
Administer medications, manage wound care, and complete accurate clinical documentation
n
Provide leadership and clinical oversight to care staff on shift
n




Support and mentor Care Workers to ensure best practice standards are maintained
n
Foster a safe, calm, and respectful environment for residents
n
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and external health professionals
n
Collaborate with the broader clinical team to support holistic care planning
n
What You'll Bring Essential n
n
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
n
Previous experience in aged care or a similar clinical setting
n
Strong clinical judgement, communication, and leadership skills
n
Commitment to respectful, person-centred care
n
Ability to work independently, particularly during night duty
n
Current National Police Check, First Aid, and Manual Handling certificates
n
Desirable n
n
Italian language skills (advantageous, not essential)
