Core Talent are excited to be exclusively assisting an International Engineering Company recruit a skilled Accounts & Payroll Supervisor on a permanent basis. This cutting-edge business has had continuous growth for the last two years, leading to them doubling in size. Based in luxury offices in Osbourne Park, the Accounts & Payroll Supervisor will be responsible for all aspects of payroll and general accounting for the business.

The Accounts & Payroll Supervisor's key duties will include:

Coordinate weekly payroll processing, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time while meeting all relevant payroll and legislative requirements.

Oversee accounts payable and receivable, including customer invoicing, supplier payments, bank reconciliations and general ledger maintenance.

Prepare accurate payroll, financial and operational reports for senior management.
n
Manage statutory and business compliance obligations, including superannuation, workers' compensation, MyLeave and insurance requirements.
n
Develop, document and maintain company procedures across payroll and accounting activities.
n
Identify and implement process improvements to strengthen accuracy, efficiency and internal controls.

Key skills required:

Experience in End-to-End Payroll Processing
n
Experience with Payroll Tax legislation
n
Experience with accounts payable & receivable
n
Excellent and confident communicator
n
A proactive can-do attitude
n
Confident with systems including excel
