What does a typical day look like in a Shop?
As part of your regular 4-hour shift each week, you'll help keep our shop running smoothly by: Welcoming and engaging customers Processing transactions through point of sale, including cash and eftpos payments Sorting and pricing donations Creating vibrant displays to attract shoppers Keeping the shop clean and tidy Following all shop processes What skills do you need?

positive and approachable Respectful and kind when communicating with others Able to follow instructions and shop procedures Happy to work as part of a team Willing to roll up your sleeves and help with a variety of shop tasks!
You must be at least 15 years of age (QLD – You must be 16) Most importantly, our stores rely on volunteers to operate successfully, so we are seeking people that commit to a weekly 4-hour shift.
