An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced
SAP SuccessFactors Talent Consultant
to join a rapidly growing consulting organisation in Sydney.
n
This is a hands-on consulting role where you'll work across the full customer lifecycle – from helping to
win new work and shape solutions
, through to delivering
end-to-end SuccessFactors projects
and supporting existing customers.
n
The business is experiencing

, so there will be plenty of prospect to take ownership, broaden your skills and work across a variety of customers and projects.
The Role n
You will be involved in:
n
n
End-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementations
n
Working across
Talent modules
such as Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Succession and Learning
n
Requirements gathering, workshops, configuration, testing and deployment
n
Supporting pre-sales activities, solution discussions and proposals
n
Building strong relationships with new and existing customers
n
Providing ongoing consulting and support to established clients
n




Working closely with a collaborative and experienced SuccessFactors team
n
About You n
You will ideally bring:
n
n
Strong SAP SuccessFactors consulting experience
n
Experience across multiple
SuccessFactors Talent modules
n
End-to-end implementation experience
n
Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills
n
The ability to work across both project and support environments
n
A proactive attitude and willingness to get involved across different areas of the business
n
Excellent communication and consulting skills
n
