Mercure Alice Springs is seeking a passionate Food and Beverage Attendants and Bar Attendants to join our team.

Creating exceptional guest experiences by providing excellent customer service and memorable moments
n
Efficiently in serving food & beverage for restaurant and conference rooms
n
Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, wines and spirits
n
Breakfast service including buffet, and maintaining presentation of the restaurant
n
Assisting guests with questions and menu recommendations
n
Working collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth running of the service period
n
n
n
Qualifications n
n
n
Previous experience in a similar role, with hotel experience an advantage
n
n




Knowledge of beverages including barista coffee, cocktails and wines to be able to maximise average spend
n
Ability to work in a fast paced environment, with attention to detail
n
Interest in making genuine connections with guests and colleagues
n
Current Responsible Service of Alcohol and Food Handling, or willing to obtain
n
Must have working rights in Australia
n
