About The Role
We have exciting opportunities forRegistered Nurses (RN's) - Renal Dialysisto deliverhome haemodialysiscare inTarniet and other areas across Melbourne VIC.
You will:




Providedirect and comprehensive dialysis carein patients' homes, including individual case management.
Plan and coordinate services, including collaboration with other disciplines or agencies.
Delivereducation, counselling, and group supportaimed at improving patients' health outcomes.
Mentor and support newer or less experienced staff.
Participate in quality improvement programs, policy development, and clinical research initiatives.
Skills And Experiences
What You'll Need:
CurrentAHPRA Registrationas a Registered Nurse
Recent Experience inHaemodialysis
AustralianWorking Rights
Demonstrated competency inplanning patient care, clinical problem-solving, and quality improvement initiatives
Willingness to complete:
Police Check
Working with Children's Check
UpdatedVaccination/ImmunisationRecord
Obtain a current ALS and BLS Certification
