About your new role n
We're looking for a Café Manager to join our Melbourne team and lead our café in Collingwood.
n
This is a hands-on leadership role, balancing time on the floor with the operational side of running a busy café. Working closely with our Head Barista, Chef and wider team, you'll help bring together excellent coffee, food and hospitality that reflects who we are at Allpress.
A day in the life n
You'll take ownership of the day-to-day running of the café, supporting your team and building on the coffee, service and experience our customers know and love.
Key responsibilities include: n

Building a positive team culture and bringing out the best in your team

Leading from the front and building on our reputation for great coffee, great service and genuine hospitality
n
Setting clear expectations and supporting your team to succeed
n
Keeping the café organised, well-run and ready for whatever the day brings

Looking for ways to improve how we do things and proactively solving problems
n
Building strong relationships with customers and your team
n
Maintaining food safety, hygiene and OH&S; standards
n
