ABOUT THE ROLE
n
We are currently seeking a
Product Coordinator
to join the Peter Alexander
Womenswear
team! This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in design, product development and production and demonstrate your passion for product.
n
RESPONSIBILITIES
n
n
Assisting the Product Manager in the sampling approval process including fittings
n
Managing and tracking the sample and production process from initial development to shipment stage
n
Liaising daily with our offshore suppliers and factories
n
Working with the Product Manager/Graphic Designers and Suppliers to give feedback on print development and execution
n
Working with Product Manager to give feedback on all development including fabric quality, lab dips and trims
n
Briefing new ranges to suppliers for development
n
Maintaining effective relationships and regular communication with suppliers
n




Updating and maintaining range storyboards
n
Coordinating samples for photo shoots and advertising
n
Supporting the product team with administrative needs
n
n
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
n
n
2-3 years' experience in a Product Coordinator or Production Assistant role is preferable
n
Qualification in Fashion and Textile is advantageous
n
Skilled with Adobe, specifically Illustrator and Photoshop
n
Experience working with 3 Clicks is advantageous
n
Proactive, motivated and likes working in a fast pace workplace
n
Have great attention to detail and works well under pressure
n
High level of productivity and efficiency
n
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
n
Be a collaborative team member
