Position Summary:

As an IT Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of their IT systems and networks. You will provide technical support to their staff, and clients, troubleshooting issues and resolving problems efficiently.
n
Key Responsibilities:
n
Technical Support:
n
n
n
Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
n
Troubleshoot and resolve computer problems, including software installations, network connectivity, and hardware failures.
n
Assist users with the configuration and use of office applications, legal software, and other systems.
n
n
n
System Administration:
n
n
n
Manage and maintain their IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and network devices.
n
Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and backups.
n
Monitor system performance and identify potential issues.
n
n
n
Legal Software Support:
n
n
n
Provide specialised support for legal software applications, such as case management systems, document management systems,



and e-discovery tools.
n
Assist users in understanding and utilizing legal software features effectively.
n
n
n
Project Coordination:
n
n
n
Participate in IT projects, assisting with planning, implementation, and testing.
n
Provide technical expertise and support for IT initiatives.
n
n
n
Security:
n
n
n
Help maintain the security of our IT systems by implementing and enforcing security policies and procedures.
n
Identify and address security vulnerabilities.
n

n
Qualifications:
n
n
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
n
Have a keen interest in AI technologies.
n
Experience in IT support, preferably in a law firm.
n
Strong knowledge of legal software applications and systems.
n
Familiarity with hardware, software, and networking concepts.
n
Basic coding skills.
n
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
n
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
n
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
