Salaray: $79,000 - $90,000

Responsibilities /n

/n
Installing and performing diagnostic tests on mechanical systems

/n
Troubleshooting mechanical malfunctions and breakdowns, as well as performing repairs.

/n
Monitoring the availability of parts and replenishing supplies.

/n
Organising and supervising inspection and maintenance of machines and plant.

/n
The repair of plant that has broken down.

/n
Maintain plant records.

/n
Training co-workers on the secure and efficient use of mechanical machinery and equipment.

/n
Selecting tools and equipment.

/n
Estimating material costs and quantities, and machine requirements.

/n
Collecting and analysing data.

/n
Ensuring compliance with environmentally sound work practises.

/n
Collection & disposal of waste materials

/n

Skills and Experience /n

/n




Strong commitment to health and safety

/n
Heavy Vehicle Experience 3+ Years preferred

/n
Light vehicle experience, Plant Fitters (considered on experience)

/n
Experience with maintenance and servicing of variety of truck models and equipment

/n
Experience with Vac Truck and civil equipment maintenance will be highly regarded

/n
Positive knowledge of basic hydraulic and electrical systems

/n
Experience with pumps & pressure washers preferred but not essential

/n
HR license preferred but not essential

/n
