Bar Conte is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Trade Waiter to join their team in Sydney CBD.
/n Full Job Description Located in Sydney CBD, NSW 2000, Bar Conte - Clarence Street is an Italian restaurant and Negroni Bar offering contemporary Italian dining alongside an extensive selection of cocktails and wines. The restaurant is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Trade Waiter to join their team.

/n Key Responsibilities

Providing professional table service and taking food and beverage orders.

/n
Providing guests with information about menu items, dishes, wines and beverages.

/n
Serving food and beverages while maintaining qualified service standards.

/n
Preparing tables for service and clearing tables throughout service.

/n
Maintaining cleanliness and presentation throughout the dining area.

/n
Liaising with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate service.

/n
Processing customer payments accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.

/n
Monitoring guest satisfaction and responding professionally to customer enquiries and service-related concerns.

/n




Maintaining high standards of presentation and customer service throughout each shift.

/n
Complying with food safety, hygiene, Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA), and workplace health and safety requirements.

/n

About You /n

/n
At least 1 year of relevant experience as a Trade Waiter or in a similar qualified food and beverage service role.

/n
Strong knowledge of professional food and beverage service procedures.

/n
Excellent customer service and communication skills.

/n
Ability to provide attentive and professional table service.

/n
Positive organisational skills and attention to detail.

/n
Ability to work efficiently during busy restaurant service periods.

/n
Ability to work collaboratively with kitchen, bar and front-of-house team members.

/n
Well-presented, reliable and committed to delivering high-quality customer service.

/n
Appropriate NSW RSA competency where required for the service of alcohol.

/n
