Darwin NT Fixed Term contract until 02/2027 Monday to Friday

Synergie Australia is seeking an organised and proactive Sales, Training & Safety Support professional to join a well-established business based in Winnellie.

/n

This is a varied position combining WHS and training coordination, internal sales, customer service and administration, making it a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and being involved across different areas of a business.

About the Role /n

Working Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week, your responsibilities will include:

/n

/n
Coordinating employee and contractor inductions

/n
Supporting WHS processes, hazard reporting and incident investigations

/n
Conducting scheduled workplace safety inspections

/n
Maintaining training records and coordinating training requirements

/n
Following up outstanding training and refresher requirements

/n
Monitoring the sales inbox and responding to customer enquiries

/n
Following up quotes and estimates

/n
Assisting walk-in customers and processing orders

/n
Liaising with production, schedulers and site contacts regarding deliveries and priorities

/n




Providing general administration and operational support to the branch

/n

About You /n

We're looking for someone who is organised, confident and comfortable managing a variety of responsibilities.

/n

You'll ideally have:

/n

/n
Experience in administration, WHS, training coordination, internal sales or a similar role

/n
Solid customer service and communication skills

/n
Good Microsoft Office and general computer skills

/n
Robust attention to detail and organisational skills

/n
An understanding of workplace safety and hazard identification

/n
A proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to support the wider team

/n

/n

A Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety would be highly regarded but is not essential.
