and helpful first point of contact for all residents, families, and visitors. Provide exceptional customer service, answering calls and enquiries with care and professionalism. Offer a personalised touch, knowing residents by name and providing hospitality like a cup of tea. Support essential administrative tasks including managing mail, maintaining records, and assisting with rostering. Create a positive and organised workplace at the front desk, ensuring a outstanding first impression.
