We are looking for a friendly, highly motivated receptionist that will thrive in a team setting to join our support team of administrators and clinical staff on a Full time or Permanent Part Time basis.

Responsibilities Of This Role Include Reception & Administration /n

/n
Open and close clinic.

/n
Communicate with patients via phone, email and in person, in a courteous and efficient manner.

/n




Schedule appointments for patients.

/n
Issue patient invoices/receipts and bulk bill as required.

/n
Enter and update patient registration details.

/n
Exercise confidentiality with regards to patient care and all aspects of the practice.

/n
Assist doctors and nurses as requested and required.

/n
Correspondence management.

/n
General housekeeping such as tidying and cleaning of waiting room and other practice facilities when necessary

/n

To be ideal for this role, you must have the following attributes:

Bright and friendly personality

/n
Excellent communication skills

/n
Previous experience in a Medical Receptionist role

/n
High level of computer literacy

/n
Previous experience with Best Practice Software or similar is advantageous

/n
Self-motivated and an ability to work unsupervised

/n
Reliable with solid work ethic
