Location: MT GRAVATT (M48)

You’ll lead the store like it’s your own. A natural coach and brand custodian, you’ll build a high-performing team, own the commercial results, and make sure every customer who walks in leaves with more than they expected in the best way.

You bring retail leadership experience, a sharp commercial mind, and a genuine passion for home, styling or entertaining. This position is for the location of MYER Mt Gravatt.

What You’ll Be Doing

Bringing our range to life through styling, storytelling and genuine product knowledge

/n
Helping customers build baskets naturally, from the one item they came in for, to the full look they didn’t know they needed

/n
Creating a store experience that feels premium, curated and welcoming

/n
Hitting commercial targets (sales, ATV, IPS) the salt&pepper; & Custom Chef way, through expertise and care, never pressure
