We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Casual Retail Sales Assistants to join our team and provide a outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

/n

/n
Welcome customers and provide friendly and professional service.

/n
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products, styles and sizes.

/n
Develop valuable product knowledge and assist customers with their purchase decisions.

/n
Process sales, returns and exchanges using the POS system.

/n
Maintain store presentation, cleanliness and product displays.

/n
Assist with stock replenishment, stock counts and general store operations.

/n
Support the team in achieving store sales and service goals.

Friendly, confident and customer-focused.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Positive, proactive and reliable.

Interested in retail, fashion or footwear.

/n
Able to work independently after training.

/n
Previous retail, sales or customer service experience is preferred.
