Based in Canning Vale, this is an office-based role working 20 to 25 hours per week and would suit someone who enjoys a hands-on finance position and is confident managing accounts receivable, credit control and customer collections.

About the Role /n
Your responsibilities will include:

Monitor outstanding debtor accounts & following up outstanding invoices via phone and email
/n
Reconciling accounts & solving discrepancies where required
/n
Running reports to manage & allocate any unallocated payments
/n
Assisting with on boarding new clients & conducting credit checks
/n
About You /n
We're looking for someone who is experienced, organised and confident across accounts receivable.
/n
You’ll ideally have:
/n
/n
Previous experience in AR
/n
Strong reconciliation and problem-solving skills
/n
Excellent attention to detail
/n
Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with customers on the phone
/n
Experience using accounting software MYOB EXO if possible
/n
/n
