We are seeking a remote Vacation Planner to assist customers with organizing vacations from start to finish. You'll support clients with bookings, schedules, and general travel questions while working from home.

Assist customers with booking flights, hotels, and transportation.

Provide explicit and friendly support through phone, email, or chat.

Answer basic travel questions and guide customers to the right options.

Update reservations and confirm details for accuracy.

Support the team with day-to-day travel service tasks.

Qualifications:
