What You'll Be Doing:

Lead and inspire a team of Exercise Physiologists to deliver clinically guided patient-centric care.

Identify and implement strategies to grow the business and expand our market reach.

Track performance metrics and always look for ways to improve.

What We're Looking For:
n
n
Accredited Exercise Physiologist with ample clinical experience in personal injury.
n
Demonstrable experience in a leadership role preferably 2+ years.
n
Solid financial skills—you know your way around budgets and revenue goals, previous responsibility managing a P&L; would be highly regarded.
n
A natural leader who can motivate and rally a team.
n
A people person who can build solid relationships and communicate effectively.
n
Strategic thinker who loves analysing data and spotting trends.
n
Someone truly passionate about delivering quality patient care and positive outcomes.
