GB Auto is seeking a motivated and hands-on Workshop Coordinator to lead our team, coordinate workshop operations, and drive safety, quality and productivity outcomes.
n
What You'll Be Doing
n
n
Coordinate and schedule workshop jobs
n
Lead, mentor and support tradespeople and apprentices
n
Liaise with customers and be the main point of contact for workshop work
n
Manage workflow, parts and materials requirements
n
Prepare quotes and ensure jobs are completed efficiently
n
Drive continuous improvement and maintain high workshop standards
n
Oversee daily workshop operations, including opening and closing
n
n




What We're Looking For
n
n
Trade qualification as a Mechanic or Auto Electrician
n
Proven leadership or supervisory experience
n
Strong organisational and communication skills
n
Sound computer skills and attention to detail
n
Ability to solve problems, make decisions and work under pressure
n
Current unrestricted driver's licence
n
A/C Ticket highly regarded
n
