Role Summary
n
The Project Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of a large-scale Identity and Access Management (IAM) transformation program, leading the transition from a legacy identity platform to Microsoft Entra ID. The role will oversee project governance, stakeholder engagement, delivery assurance, risk management, migration planning, and successful transition into business-as-usual operations.

Key Responsibilities
n
· Lead overall project planning, execution, governance and reporting activities.
n
· Manage project scope, schedule, resources, dependencies, risks and issues.
n
· Establish and maintain governance forums, steering committees and project reporting mechanisms.
n
· Coordinate business, technology, security, infrastructure and vendor teams.
n
· Manage stakeholder engagement across executive, business and technical audiences.
n
· Develop and maintain integrated project plans, milestones and delivery roadmaps.
n
· Oversee discovery, architecture, implementation, migration, testing, cutover and hypercare workstreams.
n
· Ensure delivery quality, compliance with organizational standards and achievement of agreed project outcomes.
n
· Facilitate decision-making, risk mitigation and issue resolution.
n
· Manage transition readiness,



operational handover and project closure activities.
n
· Drive proactive communication and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
n
Required Experience
n
· 10+ years of project management experience delivering enterprise technology transformation programs.
n
· Proven experience managing Identity and Access Management (IAM) or cybersecurity projects.
n
· Experience delivering cloud transformation, digital identity or Microsoft technology initiatives.
n
· Robust experience managing multi-vendor and cross-functional delivery teams.
n
· Demonstrated success in stakeholder management at executive and operational levels.
n
· Experience in complex enterprise environments with large-scale application and user migrations.
n
Technical Knowledge
n
· Identity and Access Management concepts.
n
· Microsoft Entra ID / Azure Active Directory.
n
· Identity Governance and Administration (IGA).
n
· Single Sign-On (SSO), MFA and Conditional Access.
n
· Hybrid identity environments.
n
· Project governance and risk management frameworks.
n
Preferred Certifications
n
· PMP
n
· PRINCE2 Practitioner
n
· Agile Project Management Certification
n
· MSP (Managing Successful Programmes)
n
· ITIL Foundation or above
n
n
