About the Role

Oversee the clinical care delivery within a 100+ bed aged care facility, ensuring compliance with aged care standards.

Lead and mentor a team of registered nurses, enrolled nurses, and personal care assistants.

Collaborate with the Residential Manager and allied health professionals to develop and implement care plans.
n
Ensure the facility meets regulatory requirements and maintains high standards of care.
n
Report directly to the Facility Manager and indirectly liaise with external healthcare providers and families.
