nCiti Club Hotel is looking for a dynamic and visionary Hotel Manager to drive overall operational performance and champion exceptional guest experiences. Managing a multi-faceted property featuring modern rooms, on-site dining and nightlife, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of hospitality while maximizing profitability and staff engagement. n

nResponsibilities include but are not limited to:n
n•Overseeing daily hotel operations and ensuring exceptional customer service is delivered to guestsn
n•Managing and supervising hotel staff, including hiring, training, and performance managementn
n•Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure efficient hotel operations and compliance with relevant laws and regulationsn
n•Managing budgets, financial plans, and forecasting hotel revenuesn
n•Building and maintaining relationships with clients,



vendors, and suppliersn
n•Implementing strategies to increase hotel occupancy and revenuen
n•Handling guest complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional mannern
n•Maintaining and monitoring hotel facilities and equipment to ensure they are in good working conditionn
n•Preparing and presenting regular reports to senior managementn

nQualifications:n
n•Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or relevant area of studyn
n
nOther Skills & Requirements:n
n•Minimum 1 year of professional experience in hotel managementn
n•Solid leadership, interpersonal, and communication skillsn
n•Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle guest complaints and resolve issues effectivelyn
n•Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skillsn
n•Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysisn
n•Proficient in using hotel management software (Especially RMS) and systemsn
n•Excellent organizational and time-management skillsn
