Whitehaven Coal are seeking experienced Technicians to join our dedicated team at Maules Creek mine providing support and maintenance on a large variety of Operational Technology systems across the mine infrastructure and mobile fleet. You will utilise your strong fault finding and problem-solving skills in a challenging and quick paced environment which requires minimal response times.

What You'll Do
n
n
Working across a range of systems and technologies, you will deliver high quality solutions for:
n
Site telecommunications including mesh, CCTV and industrial networks
n
Two-way radio systems and radio/Wi-Fi point to point links
n
Fleet management systems
n
IT and OT systems including network monitoring and security systems
n
Demonstrate visible safe work practices, managing risk and acting as safety role model every day
n




n
What You'll Bring
n
n
Trade qualification in either Electronics and
Telecommunications,
Auto Electrical or Electrotechnology (or other relevant tertiary certification)
n
Mine site experience (desirable)
n
ACMA open cabling licence (desirable)
n
Strong time management, troubleshooting & problem-solving abilities
n
The ability to work independently and as part of a small team
n
