The details:
/n
/n
Work & Training would employ you for the duration of the four-year apprenticeship.
/n
Full time hours – Monday to Friday.
/n
Full entitlements including four weeks of holidays for the year.
/n
Theory training conducted by TasTAFE in one-week blocks.
/n
Mentoring and support provided throughout the traineeship.
/n
Your workplace supervisors would provide daily coaching and prospect for growth.
/n
/n
The role encompasses learning and being involved in the following tasks:
/n
/n
Sheet metal work.
/n
Structural steel work.
/n
General welding.
/n
Workshop cleaning and maintenance;
/n
The completion of all theory aspects of the qualification.
/n
/n
Wage:
/n
/n
National Apprenticeship Wage applies.
/n
/n
Desirable criteria:
/n
/n
A Certificate II in Engineering or related experience.
/n
/n
Essential criteria:
/n
/n
Drivers licence.
/n
/n
