The Harvey Norman Auburn Cooking Appliances Team is seeking a passionate, customer service focused Salesperson to join them in delivering Excellent Service, Always! to their customers.

As a Salesperson, you will have an understanding of life at home solutions and a desire to find the best outcome for our customers.

To be successful you must: /n Have a passion for retail

/n Be highly motivated and results driven person with outstanding customer service and communication skills

What we require: /n Experience in (or ability to work in) a customer focused, successful retail business

/n A high level of Cooking Appliances product knowledge to support customer queries




/n Ability to service your customers while managing work tasks around their needs
/n Going above and beyond to provide exceptional customer focused problem solving
/n Experience of resolving customer complaints and making quick decisions to ensure happy customers and timely accurate services
/n Passion to exceed individual and store sales targets

/n Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays and late night trades
