Job Description
Launch Housing is seeking an Assertive Outreach Worker as part of the Rough Sleepers Initiative (RSI) in Melbourne. This part time, maximum-term role (60.8 hours per fortnight) ends October **** and is based in Dandenong, supporting people sleeping rough across the City of Greater Dandenong and nearby areas.
