About the Role
As the Clinical Care Manager at Regis Kuluin, you will play a critical leadership role in ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality and resident-centred care. Working closely with the General Manager and broader leadership team,



you will:
Lead, coach and support the clinical care team to deliver outstanding care outcomes
Oversee assessments, care planning, clinical documentation and funding-related processes
Ensure compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards and regulatory requirements
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, audits and accreditation readiness
Monitor and manage clinical risks, incidents and governance frameworks
Support workforce capability through mentoring, coaching and effective performance management
Build strong relationships with residents, families, visiting health professionals and key stakeholders
Foster a positive, accountable and high-performing clinical culture focused on resident wellbeing

What You'll Bring
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Previous leadership experience within residential aged care
Strong knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards and regulatory requirements
Demonstrated experience in clinical governance, quality improvement and risk management
Proven ability to lead, coach and develop clinical teams
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills
A commitment to delivering exceptional resident outcomes and creating a positive team environment
