True North Personnel is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a highly regarded civil construction contractor delivering major infrastructure and construction projects across the Northern Territory.
n
This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and commercially focused professional to take ownership of project delivery from planning through to completion. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time and within budget while leading high-performing teams and maintaining strong client relationships.
n
About the Role
n
Reporting to the Civil Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of civil construction and infrastructure projects throughout the Northern Territory.
n
Key responsibilities include:
n
n
Managing projects from commencement through to completion
n
Leading project teams, supervisors, subcontractors and suppliers
n
Managing project budgets, schedules and resource allocation
n
Monitoring project performance and commercial outcomes
n
Building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships
n
Ensuring compliance with WHS, environmental and quality requirements
n
Coordinating project documentation, reporting and contract administration
n
Conducting risk assessments and implementing mitigation strategies
n
Managing project meetings, progress reporting and client communications
n
Providing leadership, mentoring and support to site-based teams
n
n
About You
n
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
n
n
Australian based experience in Project Management within civil construction & infrastructure, ideally within the Northern Territory.
n
Solid leadership and team management capabilities
n
Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets and deliver successful outcomes
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
n
Sound knowledge of WHS legislation and compliance requirements
n
Construction White Card
n
Current C Class Driver's Licence
n
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
n
n
Highly regarded:
n
n
Project Management qualifications
n
First Aid Certificate
n
Experience delivering projects within the Northern Territory
n
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
n
n
