Grill'd is turning up the heat in Armstrong Creek with a brand-new Drive Thru restaurant - and we want YOU to help bring the vibes, the speed, and the epic service.

We're looking for Experienced Team Members who are ready to step up and lead, thrive in fast-paced environments, love working as a team, and know how to keep things moving while keeping it fresh.

Experience in QSR, hospitality, or customer service is desirable.

/n

Drive Thru experience is a bonus - if you've worked the headset, smashed speed targets, and stayed cool under pressure, even better! If not, we'll teach you.

What You'll Be Doing /n

Keeping the Drive Thru lane firing with energy, speed,



and excellent service

/n
Working across multiple stations - dress bench, grill, chips, and till

/n
Prepping fresh ingredients and delivering delicious, high-quality food

/n
Owning your station and helping the team smash every shift

/n
Keeping things clean, safe, and smooth

As part of the process, you'll complete a quick online assessment - it's a combo of fun, game-based tasks and a few video questions. It takes about 20 minutes and needs to be done within 48 hours of applying. Once you're done, you'll even get a personalised insight report (think of it as a snapshot of your strengths and how you like to work).
