/nInOne Healthcare (InOne Imaging) is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior / Lead Receptionist – Imaging. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and providing a seamless front-of-house experience within a supportive and growing healthcare team./n

/nYou will be the first point of contact for patients and play a key role in ensuring smooth clinic operations across our imaging services./n
/n
/nKey Responsibilities/n
/nCoordinate and schedule imaging appointments in line with clinical requirements /n
/nProcess imaging referrals and maintain accurate, confidential patient records /n
/nWelcome patients and manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently /n
/nRespond to enquiries via phone, email, and in person with professionalism /n
/nProvide clear preparation instructions for imaging procedures /n
/nSupport billing processes, including Medicare and private payments /n
/nLiaise with radiologists, clinicians, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow /n
/nMaintain compliance with healthcare regulations,



privacy standards, and clinic procedures /n
/n
/nAbout You/n
/nPassion for providing high-quality patient care and customer service/n
/nPrevious experience as a receptionist / admin team lead within the radiology industry/n
/nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills/n
/nPrioritizing tasks effectively /n
/nUnderstanding of healthcare compliance, NDIS, or aged care (desirable) /n
/n
/nRequirements:/n
/nFull working rights in Australia /n
/nNational Police Check (or willingness to obtain) /n
/nWorking With Children Check (or willingness to obtain) /n
/nNDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain) /n
/nCOVID-19 vaccination (as required) /n
