What You'll Be Doing

In this role, you'll be the friendly voice and helpful hand behind our customer experience. You'll:

Respond to customer inquiries about orders, pricing,



and stock availability.

Process quotes and orders, including custom manufacturing and delivery coordination.
n
Manage inventory, stock transfers, and logistics.
n
Handle returns, credits, and damage claims.
n
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
n
Resolve customer issues with professionalism and care.
